Flexible SBA-Backed Financing for Small Businesses
The SBA 7(a) Loan Program is one of the most widely used financing programs available to small businesses.
At Terrell Capital Referral, we help business owners identify and pursue SBA 7(a) financing through participating lenders for acquisitions, expansion, working capital, commercial real estate, equipment, and other qualified business purposes.
TCR does not lend directly. We work with lending partners to help position qualified borrowers for the appropriate capital solution.
FINANCING FOR BUSINESS GROWTH
An SBA 7(a) loan can provide capital for a variety of business needs, including:
- Business acquisitions
- Commercial real estate
- Working capital
- Business expansion
- Equipment and machinery
- Furniture, fixtures and supplies
- Leasehold improvements
- Refinancing certain existing business debt
- Complete or partial changes of ownership
- Multiple-purpose financing
SBA 7(a) loans can provide up to $5 million, subject to SBA program requirements and lender underwriting.
WHY CONSIDER AN SBA 7(a) LOAN?
For qualifying businesses, SBA-backed financing may provide access to capital with longer repayment periods and financing structures designed specifically for small businesses.
Depending on the purpose of the loan, SBA generally permits terms of up to 10 years, while financing involving real estate may qualify for terms of up to 25 years.
Interest rates are negotiated between the borrower and participating lender and are subject to SBA maximums.

THE TCR APPROACH
More Than Finding a Loan.
At Terrell Capital Referral, we begin by understanding the business behind the request.
We look at the purpose of the capital, financial position, operating history, ownership, existing debt, collateral, cash flow, and growth objectives before determining which financing channel may be appropriate.
Our role is to help organize the opportunity and connect qualified borrowers with appropriate capital sources.
The objective is simple:
Understand the business.
Structure the request.
Identify the appropriate capital source.
