With a specialized focus on private equity, private credit investments, and commercial real estate finance, Bruce serves as a trusted connector between capital providers and entrepreneurs navigating today’s fast-paced and competitive financial landscape.

His career began in the world of fixed-income securities, where he specialized in selling oil and gas investments backed by tax-free municipal bonds to retired investors. It was a lasting experience that taught me the fundamentals of financial markets, as well as the deeper value of integrity and client trust. Working with retirees, he learned how to listen carefully, tailor solutions to individual needs, and simplify complex financial decisions. Those lessons became the cornerstone of my career, and I’ve carried them forward into my current focus on commercial funding and private capital solutions.

Bruce brings extensive experience from the broker side of mortgage banking, having worked as a conventional loan originator, a residential mortgage broker and an independent mortgage branch manager. In these roles, he oversaw all aspects of the loan process, including origination, underwriting, processing, and closings. His background also includes serving as a commercial loan broker and as a wholesale representative in residential mortgage banking. Additionally, Bruce has sourced new client prospects for private investors and lending groups, further expanding his expertise in lending and investment. Over the course of his mortgage career, he has successfully closed more than one thousand loan transactions.

Bruce maintains a nationwide network of strategic partnerships with private equity firms, private credit lenders, and investment groups. His role centers on sourcing and vetting qualified business owners and commercial real estate sponsors, then facilitating the right introductions that lead to long-term investment partnerships and equity sponsorship.
